Do you have to get permission from the owners of the photos to use them as your book cover -- since you're making money off of them?

Answer:
Yes. For all of my books I either have a commercial license for my image (most from istockphoto.com or 123rf.com) or, in the case of The Sissy Pilot, permission from the content owner (the wonderful onlytease.com) to use the image.
